User:i am suffering from siince yesterday morning

User:now also 101 temperature is there
User:from yesterday onwards i am taking paracetemol tablets
Doctor:It seems like a viral infection
Doctor:Do you have any other symptoms?
User:slight headache
Doctor:runny nose?
Doctor:Does fever get better?
User:if i take tablets that time it's reducing again it is coming
Doctor:Does the fever show any pattern
Doctor:like it gets better for a day and then comes again

Doctor:It will take a few days to get better
Doctor:Do you have urinary symptoms?
Doctor:If it does not get better in five days then go for tests to find a bacterial cause
Doctor:Usually viral takes 7 - 10 days to get better
Doctor:continue paracetamol for fever
User:ok. what do you suggest?
User:any medication
Doctor:The dose is 500 mg and can be taken upto 4 times a day
Doctor:Other medicines are indicated if there is any other symptoms
Doctor:For example if you get runny nose then you can take antiallergics
User:even after taking paracetmol.. body pains are still there..

Doctor:it is combination of paracetamol and brufen
