User:This is related pain in my left shoulder and half hand
Doctor:ok, how can i help
User:From last 10days in fact sometimes I am not able to lift laptop from it.
User:What should I do.
Doctor:How did it start? Was there an injury?
User:No injury no weight lift it's start all of sudden one day I was doing some house work at that day I found that from left shoulder I am not able to lift small things and movement 's as well
User:But after that it was fine but again it stated now with pain
User:So now I am applying pain ointment
Doctor:Ok, well it sounds like you pulled a muscle when trying to lift that day
Doctor:Pain ointments are a good start
User:Okay
Doctor:I would also suggest that you take an NSAID pain medication ike Ibuprofen 200 mg 2 or 3 times a day as needed
Doctor:And try and rest the arm for a few days
Doctor:If that does not settle things, then ou will need a prescription for a muscle relaxant
User:Okay
Doctor:something like Valium 2mg three times a day
User:Okay sir
Doctor:Make sense?
Doctor:Now, if this keeps bothering you, the next step is to get x-rays of the neck to check for any dic problems
