User:Hello
Doctor:Hi, .
Please proceed with your query
User:Sir, I am not able to hear properly from my Left ear
Doctor:Did you place a doctor call request as well? Earwax?
User:Yes
Doctor:Ok, when did this start?
User:Can you please suggest some mild ear drops /
User:Yesterday Morning
Doctor:ok, you need to go to the pharmacy and ask for something like "despol"
User:Actually, I place my hand below my ear at the time of sleeping. so, this might have blocked the ear
Doctor:that is a drop you can put in your ear to help remove
Doctor:wax
Doctor:if you feel that it might not be wax then you need to see a doctor and have the ear examined
User:So, is it safe to put drops first ?
Doctor:you can try yes
Doctor:but don't wait more than a day for it to work, and if it starts hurting, just get to a doctor
User:Is there any alternate medicine, you can suggest. Because not necessary, this medicine will be available at all stores
Doctor:The pharmacist will be able to give another brand. But 2 more brands are "Drep Wax" and "Nill - O - Wax"
Doctor:OtoClean
Doctor:etc
Doctor:Wax-CL, Wax D
Doctor:One of those should be available.
