Doctor:You can improve the chances of correction by increasing sun exposure. If you are a non vegetarian you can include plenty of seafoods, milk, eggs, mushroom and other cereals fortified with vitamin D
User:m veggie
User::(
Doctor:If you are vegetarian, mushroom and other cereals fortified with vitamin D is my recommendation to you.
User:..increasing sun exposure??
User:wat does dat mean
Doctor:You can search at a super market for ceraal products such as kellogs, oatmeals that are fortified with vitamin D.
Doctor:Sun helps skin synthesize vitamin D to our body.
Doctor:Therefore you can do "Surya namaskar" early in the morning.
Doctor:That helps body synthesize vitamin D.
Doctor:Along with these, you can keep your vitamin D levels checked say once every 4-6 months.
Doctor:if they are low, you can ask your doctor for weekly vitamin D supplements.
Doctor:Have you followed?
Doctor:Do you have any questions?
User:..can u suggest any vitamin D supplements
User:m afraid..m getting marrie din MAy
Doctor:Like I said earlier vitamin D is rich in vegetables like mushroom and cereals.
User:and i met 1 guy...he was too suffereing from joint pain..now..he caanot even stand
User:and cannot hold anything
Doctor:You can also look for vitamin d fortified products from the super market.
User:he lost his weight
Doctor:Not all vitamin D deficiency causes such trouble.
User:so i m bit afraid
Doctor:Severe vitamin D that progress to osteoporosis can cause debilitating symptoms.
Doctor:It can be corrected with supplements easily before you progress to osteoporosis.
Doctor:So don't be worried.
User:hmm
User:so shud i continue to take injection
User:and regular medicne
Doctor:Take those fortified products from market, keep the levels checked and you can take them as and when they are low.
User:ok
Doctor:Vitamin D is available as tablets, granules, powdered sachets. You don't require vitamin D injections all the times.
Doctor:if the levels come low, it can be corrected with weekly oral supplements.
User:..will pain will stop..or i for henceforth..i have to ensure vitamin D is proper
User:i mean,,will dis end
User:or its like diabetes...no ending...
Doctor:The pain may or may not be related to vitamin D deficiency.
Doctor:You need to talk and discuss with the doctor about other factors that may be causing the pain.
Doctor:Offcourse correcting vitamin D is necessary.
Doctor:But you may require other measures if there are other causes.
Doctor:Hope I am clear to you.
User:ya
User:and also..will dis affect my sex life
User:any specific guidance to improve it as well
User:u dere
Doctor:Yes I am here.
