User:Hello doctor...
User:In the last few days i have been having irration on my skin all over my feels like prickly heat... but the itching sensation is much more...
User:i did have this kind of issue about a year back...
User:and i visited a skin specialist...
User:Dr prabhavathy in chennai...
User:she had provided some tablets and an intense moisturizing cream...
User:a course of tablets that had to be followed for about 20 days...
User:and another course a bit milder for another 20 days after that...
User:and it went away...
User:the sypmtoms are exactly the same this time as well... unfortunately she is not in down...
User:not in town..
Doctor:Did you discuss about the cause of those itching then?
User:no... she is not reachable unfortunately
Doctor:Besides this itching and the irritation what other symptoms do you have?
User:she had mentioned that it had to do with the season ... and there was no specific cause or food type associated with it
User:thats all... no other symptom..
User:if i scratch where it itches... it turns red...

User:there is no change in food habit in the last 1 month for sure...
User:and no new places that i have visited...
