My sleeping time is awkward..due to my work timings..
Even if i keep a stop on my work for few days..and try to be in home early ...then also i ma not able to sleep immly....it hits me someway around 1 AM
wanted to know ...
how can i change this..given that i can manage my work from 14 hrs day to 8 hrs a day..
There is no easy solution to this
You need to decide what is good for you
you have to make up your mind about how many hours you have to work
You should not compromise on your sleeping
because that affects your health

Eventhough from past few days iam packing my days work in 8 hrs...but still i am not getting sleep...before 1AM...iam sitting idle for just those hours...

what you need to do is, try and go to sleep as soon as you can
don't drink any coffee 6 hours before your planned sleeping hour
and when you go to bed, switch off all lights
Even i am doing the same ...and cmg early...to home..still the same.

i do this..as i stay alone in my home...and my habit is to watch TV while going to sleep..
you should switch off TV
switch off everything and go to sleep as soon as possible
