User:she has mild cough, running noise (not heavy)
User:and she had fever last night.

Doctor:Not necessary currently, wait for 3 more days, if she is having continuous fever for 3-4 days then better take her to doctor to start antobiotics
Doctor:I suggest NASOCLEAR nasal saline drops , instill 2 drops in each nostril as many as times like every 2 hours
Doctor:and give steam inhaltion
Doctor:Ask her to do salt water gargles thrice a day
Doctor:avoid cold food
Doctor:avoid spicy food
Doctor:you can give throat lozenges like Strepsils
Doctor:repeat calpol when she gets fever
