User:hi dr good morning
Doctor:Good morning
User:my son is 25 months old
User:at the age of 3 month he suffered with broncolitcs
User:then again at 14 months
User:and during that time when there is some changes in weather he suffered with cough and chest congestion
User:how ever we take special care and immediatly consult with dr.
User:and we are very frusted with this
User:i note that every 1.5 months period he face the same problem
User:and our dr recomneds the budecort 0.5mg respules tid with deriphylin 2.5 -3ml tid
User:since last 12 days he is facing same problem
User:and we are noblizing him
User:but some time we feel he is fine and sudenly cought increase
User:this is really very frustating us
User:is there nay solution
User:how long we need to noblize him
Doctor:Ok, actually bronchiolitis which is most common infection in children less than 2 years
Doctor:It is mostly due to less immunity and weather changes
User:then what we should do for curing this
Doctor:It will slowly decrease with his growth
User:is there any side effect of noblizing much

User:means he is taking the nebuliztion since 12 days and we are feeling that this is not much effective

User:asthalin, levoline(0.32mg), budesal(0.5mg)and budecort(0.5mg) which one is strong (plz tell in sequence)

Doctor:recurrent infections mostly due to low immunity

Doctor:Good continue, syrup you can give one month
User:however we told to our dr about pediasure
User:but he suggest protin x junior
User:which one is good

Doctor:Ok height is also sightly less, but need not to worry about this
User:i conclude that his cough problem will cure as he grow. and still no permanent solution.
Doctor:palivizumab, you can ask your doctor for this medication, it is used to boost immunity, is it right for your baby or not will be decided by your doctor
Doctor:Once his immunity starts increase then slowly getting infection will decrease

User:or medication
User:is there any side effect
Doctor:it is medication which is used in children with recurrent respiratory tract infections
Doctor:But it gives to certain kids
