User:i have red itchy burning oozing bumps around my anus

User:first day they were burning and ichy
User:now XXXXXXX pain but a little ozze and crusty

User:not sure what to do
Doctor:Ok, they appear to be due to infection. especially bacterial
Doctor:Applying antibacterial ointment would help
User:like used for baby rash
User:are they OTC
User:from like CVS

Doctor:Applied twice daily after washing well would clear the infection within days
Doctor:Bacteria like Staphylococcus
