User:other wise when she drink less water she feel only buring sensation during urination but need not to take medicine she start to take more water next day she feel good

Doctor:From the description provided by you, I too feel that she is suffering with urinary tract infection
Doctor:But moxikind cv would not help her as this medication is sensitive to a group of bacteria which usually doesn't cause UTI.

Doctor:For UTI I usually prescribe Tab O2 twice a day after food.
User:O2 how much mg.
Doctor:Along with antibiotics Syp. CITRALKA 2tsp in 50ml of water twice a day
Doctor:this will reduce her burning sensation.
Doctor:and also the frequency of urination.
Doctor:Tab O2 comes of 200mg.

Doctor:I would also ask to get her urine culture and sensitivity test.

Doctor:this will help in knowing the organism causing the infection and which drug it is sensitive to.

Doctor:The mode of infection depends on unhygienic condition or from the partner.
Doctor:So, I suggest to wash yourself and your wife before and after the sexual act.

Doctor:If you too feel any buring sensation in the genitals, I would also suggest you to take a course of Tab O2.

Doctor:Tab O2 is an antibiotic and it requires prescription, for this you need to see a local doctor for prescription.

Doctor:Usually the course for you would be 5 days and for your wife upto 15 days depending on the improvements.
Doctor:If no improvements is observed in your wife after taking for 5 days then we might need to change the antibiotics.
