User:I have some problems like Backpain
User:Can not seat continuous 3 to 4 Hours - since last week , Have problems of constipation also
User:Sir , can you suggest some medicine !
Doctor:May I know your age, your current height and weight?
User:I am 47 Years Old, Male , Height 5-6", Weight - 85+
Doctor:Do you experience the pain only after prolong siting or even otherwise?
User:it is even otherwise also, I can not sleep also !
Doctor:Does the pain radiate down to your legs?
User:No Sir , it remains in the Middle of the Back
Doctor:You mentioned the pain is since a week, may I know if you developed constipation after the back ache?
User:some Left side upper down the shoulder
User:Constipation , Normally - but i do take some Aurvedik like Sudershan / Kadu Kariautu / etc
Doctor:Could you specify the location of pain - is it in the upper back or lower back?

User:Exactly - it is left side below the shoulder

Doctor:Do you suffer from persistent cough, very frequent on and off fever, loss of appetite or any recent loss of weight?
User:Sir, also some times pain to Lower side - and it is not talaratable -- I use some MOVE SPRAY AND RELISPRAY - but all it is not the permanent solution !
Doctor:Do you have history of diabetes, previous tubercular infection (Tb) or any other medical problem?
User:No Cough, No Fever, No Loss of Weight, No habit of Tobeccao, No excess Tea- Coffee, No diabities - recent check up - all Normal report

Doctor:Back ache is one of common problem experienced by individuals after 30 years of age.
Doctor:The cause most often is due to multiple factors.
Doctor:Based on your history, it does not look like a serious problem such as disc prolapse or vertebral/spine condition.
User:ok sir, any normal medicine course !
Doctor:It looks like a muscular ache combined with some spondylosis.
Doctor:The treatment for such conditions is of 3 forms
Doctor:1. Anti inflammatory measures -
Doctor:Analgesics such as Tab.Dolo 650mg taken 3 times a day after a food for 1 weeks will reduce the pain.
Doctor:2. You can also try local heat formentation during acute pain.
Doctor:Topical antiinflammatory medications such as volini gel/spray can be applied over the painful sites to reduce the pain.
Doctor:Second form of treatment is by use of physiotherpy.
Doctor:Back strengthening exercise, local ultrasound/infrared application which is done by physiatrist can help you.
Doctor:if they do not help, then you may also try accupressure/accupunture and other form of treatment.
Doctor:The last form of treatment is lifestyle modification.
Doctor:By lifestyle modification, I meant you need to correct your posture while you sit, Use comfortable mattress when you sleep and involve in physical exercises, yoga pranayama and so on.
Doctor:All these measures will solve your current problem.
