User:Dr. I have cold filled in my Sinuses because of which my ears have strted paining , I have a flight to catch in the evening any quick remedy

User:Yesterday while lansding it was unbearabale for the last 15 mins
Doctor:do steam inhalation effectively with karvol plus nasocaps to drain the sinuses
Doctor:take anti-histamines like Levocet 5mg at once now

User:Any other options, I did try steaming I am out in a meeting and would not be able to do it
