User:She had sugar levels under control but since last 2 months her sugar levels have gone up .She is also not sure why as she he doing In last 2 months she is feeling more tires and unable to get up early so she is sleeping late in night and getting up late in morning and having less food. She is not sure what she can eat so I need a more detailed diet plan like what all she can have in 3 meals and 4 snacks. What exercise she can do..She complains of stomach pain no matter what she eats, she has more frequent urination.Eye irritation and eyes are red with water flowing. If eats food she feels like vomiting but actually there is no vomit its just that she feels difficulty for food passing through her throat and her neck nerves are paining/straining with neck pain. She has pain in legs so can do much walking as well. So please suggest elaborate diet plan and exercise.
Doctor:Regarding diet plan you should consult dietitian at our company
Doctor:She will be better able to help you
Doctor:If you want I can inform the CRM team and the dietitian will contact you tomorrow morning
Doctor:I would suggest that she takes semi-liquid diet that has less sugar
Doctor:and more proteins
Doctor:like khichdi
Doctor:For exercise, the more she exercises the better it is
Doctor:Since she has pain legs, it is better to stick to walk and yoga
User:ok
