User:I am suffering with heavy cough and cold by birth
User:I have undergone lots of treatment and no improvements observed
User:I am really worried abt this issue and not sure what kind of treatment will reallyy help me
User:Can you advise me to cure from this

User:i have taken medicines from ayurvedic and allopathy
Doctor:Can you describe your symptoms in detail?
User:i keep coughing all the day and get cold here and there
User:when i start coughing the sputum will not come, some time it will be full of dry cough
User:till the coughing stops, i can't breath normally
User:when i use the stairs, i get heavy cough and it takes abt 10-20 mins to stop
User:in childhood, i have been given some injections everyday 3 times to cure.. no use of that
User:i have taken the complete health check and the doctors told me that there are no serious issues

Doctor:Take multivitamins as you are low in vitamins
Doctor:Take nutritious diet and pure drinking water
Doctor:Get a prescription of inhalers from a physician

User:yeah i have apollo near the place i live
User:i will have a discussion with a pulmonologist and get the prescription for this
User:is this something a serious issue??
Doctor:It is serious if you are not able to breathe properly
Doctor:Thus the inhalers are required
Doctor:Otherwise many people have it
Doctor:Most get better by the time they are in middle age
Doctor:There is no cure
User:i am able to breath properly, if i dont get the cough
Doctor:We just need to get over the breathing difficulty during the episodes
