User:most of the day i start with Puking yellow fluid
User:and weekend if i sleep after lunch , after two hours i wake up , but my lunch is not digesting
User:i vomit my lunch after wakeup

User:actually i was under cronic panic and stress for 2 - 3 years
User:i am very sensitive person and silly things i worried
User:actually , one of my room mate in my college was diagnosed by STD
User:and i came to know 3 years back
User:and we share cigarette
User:thats why i tensed
User:and had very bad time
User:every day i google about symptoms and all
User:very less sleep
User:in short i was mad
