User:i have been suffering from watery eyes and cough since last 3 days
User:my eyes are watering and i have a runny nose

User:have taken medication for cold

Doctor:This is leading to the cough and watering
Doctor:For this, the first thing is to take steam inhalation twice daily
Doctor:Secondly, you can take Tabelet Cetrizine 10 mg once daily in the day time
