User :   I have a headache, low grade fever for about 4 days after having a 102+ on saturday and a dry cough

User :   pretty much. ranges from 99.2-99.8

User :   not right now. Advil over the weekend and sudafed cold/flu on saturday since then nothing

User :   yes but then the mild temp comes back
User :   cough is still dry
Doctor :   high constant fever and dry cough looks like you are down with a viral
Doctor :   it takes it own course and all we can do now is manage it
Doctor :   you need to take advil or tylenol two times a day ..

Doctor :   iral infections can't be cured, but their symptoms can be treated. A sore throat from a viral source will generally disappear on its own within several days.

Doctor :   Gargle with warm salt water.
Doctor :   GARLIC, a natural antibiotic, can be helpful in the speeding up of recovery and removal of bacteria, especially if your sore throat is caused by the flu or bacterial infection. Garlic can be taken in pill form by all age groups.
User :   actually no sore throat or congestion. just headache...mild diareah and low grade temp
