User :   If I blow my nose in the morning (or anytime), NOTHING comes out. I feel congestion in the front of my forehead & area at top of my nose (sinus area) which causes me to feel badly all the time. I have to take mucinex ALL THE TIME or I get headaches and nose bleeds. I can't continue to live on Mucinex, but it's the only relief I can get. Yesterday I had an (Apparently-MIGRAINE) even after two mucinex. I took an extra strength tylenol and it really helped to get some sleep. My husband insists on sleeping with the overhead fan on (which freezes me) AND, I will just tell you, I cannot tolerate putting ANYTHING in my nose (sprays etc.). I go NUTS! I once injured a nurse fighting her trying to run a tube up my nose. I wish This was not the case, but, I have a very tiny passage (I've been told). This condition has been going on about two years and my head is hurting NOW> Please Help! Thank You. I would like an Eye, nose & throat specialist if possible.
Doctor :   Hi
Doctor :   let me read your query
Doctor :   GIVE me a moment
Doctor :   iT SEEMS That you do have sinusitis
Doctor :   In addition to the mucinex, You can try otrivine drops
Doctor :   this will clear the nose and help you reduce the congestion
User :   NO, I have had that before. I do not have ANY infection!
User :   are you still there?
Doctor :   presence of headaches, and nasal congestion indicate that you have symptoms of sinusitis
Doctor :   In additioon can you let me know if you have had any Xrays or CT scans ?
User :   I have buildt up mucus (white) that is apparently clogged but no signs of infection, This won't drain or budge. The reason I mentioned the over head fan etc. is to see if I need moisture? or whatever?
Doctor :   yes moisture is needed to reduce the thickness of the secrestions
Doctor :   In addition, presence of any structural obstruction, like a deviated nasal septum can increase the symptoms
Doctor :   so a Xray or A CT will help to rule them out
Doctor :   Are you there ?
Doctor :   Are you there ?
Doctor :   It seems that you have moved out the chat session or are not responding to my comments
Doctor :   please login again if you have any additional queries
Doctor :   take care and bye for now
