User :   im suffering from panic attacks

User :   I have been diagnosed by my local doctor

User :   every summer
User :   and rarely other seasons of the year
User :   but since i started studying
User :   they became stronger

User :   Yes,I'm feeling lots of stress

User :   i feel my is tightened..
User :   not THAT bad

User :   but it's noticable
User :   i guess cause I have to take care of my best friend in UK he is in his first year
User :   my family has economical problems
User :   and I have a gf which makes me worry sometimes
User :   i tried to break up with her recently...I do love her but I felt like doing it
User :   and she said...she would suicide

User :   I never took any medications
User :   i fought it by myself
User :   with pure willpower

User :   i started searching google stuff..and symptom checkers...telling me that im having heart attack
User :   and thats why im so scared

User :   but sometime im too emotional and scared
User :   I feel like my stomach is tightened up

User :   i didnt eat well today...i had only breakfast
User :   then my stomach felt tight
User :   and my chest area tight
User :   and some pain mild ones
User :   in heart
User :   shortness of breath sometimes..
Doctor :   It may be because of anxiety and stress.
User :   but all those stuff I had it while i was in anxiety disorders as well

User :   with lots of sleep and stuff
User :   but keeps going on
Doctor :   3)Share your problems with your GF.

User :   I cant leave her

Doctor :   If you want you can go for a Counselling session with Psychotherapist.

Doctor :   It will help you in relaxing
