Doctor :   Hi
User :   hi there
Doctor :   Pl proceed with your query

User :   i have never had migranes before
Doctor :   Is it diagnosed to be migraine by a doctor?
User :   no but all the steriotypical symptoms are there
Doctor :   Can you describe them to me now
Doctor :   The onset, frequency, nature and severity of headache
User :   i cant stand movement, the lights hurt my head, i find it hard to move and get up out of bed when i have one
User :   its very random in the last few weeks
User :   i have never got them before a few weeks ago
Doctor :   So what increases your headache?
Doctor :   What reduces it?
User :   light, sound, movement
User :   sleep usually, when i can get to sleep....
Doctor :   Do you get to know about the onset before with some sort of aura?
User :   yes my eyes become a little blurry
Doctor :   What is the nature of it, is it throbbing, pressing or pulsating type
User :   throbbing
Doctor :   Does the location change each time or constant
Doctor :   If constant which is the most common location
Doctor :   What is your age, occupation?
User :   usually around the temple forehead and top of my head where the soft spot is on a baby
User :   i am in retail distribution and i am 20 with 2 kids
Doctor :   Does it relate with menstruation or sexual intercourse?
User :   i dont think so, i have never had anything like this before and i rarely have intercourse
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   The description is consistent with a migraine type of headache
Doctor :   however a few examinations should be done before confirming that
Doctor :   like Eye examination
User :   i am concerned about the rash that has arrived with the migranes also
Doctor :   Ok now when did the rash come? where did it appear first?
User :   i noticed it yesterday
Doctor :   How do you describe the rash
User :   its looks like pimples/acne
User :   although it is on the insides of my legs, shoulder blades, stomach and back
Doctor :   Were you ever affected with chicken pox?\
User :   im not sure
Doctor :   Is the rash very painful and red?
User :   yes and quite itchy
Doctor :   When was the last time you had a sexual intercourse?
Doctor :   Are you undergoing a lot of stress these times?
User :   once yesterday and once about a month before that
User :   ahh, i guess, i mean i only just started my job 6 weeks ago i study, and im a full time mum to 2 boys
Doctor :   Oh that could be physically and mentally stressful
User :   lol i do what i have to do
Doctor :   Ok Rash may not be a symptom of migraine but definitely a sign during stressful states
Doctor :   So is the migraine, the frequency and severity increases during the stress
User :   ok
Doctor :   Managing each episode of migraine is slightly different from preventing an episode
Doctor :   Managing takes, a pain pill
Doctor :   with bed rest for couple of hours
User :   could stress also cause emotional bursts and anger epsodes
Doctor :   Preventing migraine takes lot of patience but less time during each day
Doctor :   Yes stress can result in emotional bursts
Doctor :   You just have to spend 10 minutes of your time three times a day, adding to 30 minutes per 24 hour
Doctor :   This is by adopting relaxating techniques in a calm and quite room
User :   ok
User :   so what can i treat this rash with?
User :   short term i mean
Doctor :   The next best thing is meditation
Doctor :   Rash with simple CALAMINE lotion and antihistamine
Doctor :   for three days
User :   ok, so phenergen?
Doctor :   Antihistamine if available over the counter, three times a day
Doctor :   Yes it can help
User :   great i have got phenergen
User :   thankyou so much for taking the time to help me, as you could probably understand i do not get a reasonable amount of time to visit a doctor in person. i really do apreciate it
Doctor :   I do understand that
Doctor :   Apply CALAMINE with cotton
Doctor :   and cut your nails so that each scratch should not cause more bacterial infection
User :   ok
User :   will do now
Doctor :   Do you have any more questions?
User :   umm, what are the long term effects of chlamidya
Doctor :   Chlamidya is a very benign infection and most people would not recognize that they have it
Doctor :   There are no serious effects on long term
Doctor :   But there is a condition called Chlamydia Pneumonia
Doctor :   affecting the lungs
User :   is that brought on by longstanding chlamydia?
Doctor :   There are very less documented cases on chronic chlamydia infections
Doctor :   Most often doctors notice only PID, pelvice inflammatory disease
User :   is bloating a symptom?
Doctor :   But Chlamydia causes an acute infection called C. Pneumonia
Doctor :   No
Doctor :   Bloating is not a symptom
User :   ok
User :   what about brown blood in discharge in between perids
User :   periods*?
Doctor :   There are different reasons
Doctor :   for brown periods
User :   sorry i have hpv already i have a coloposcopy booked in may
User :   its not a period though its in between the cycle,
Doctor :   Ok, is it foul smelling?
Doctor :   Do you have pain in the stomach?
User :   sometimes it has a nasty odour and i do reguarly have pains in the stomach
User :   it feels like a quick sharp stabbing pain
Doctor :   Then I would suggest an examination by a doctor if there is a possibility of PID
User :   could you explain that to me
Doctor :   PID is pelvic inflammatory disease
Doctor :   most commonly because of STD previously
User :   and what does it do to the body?
Doctor :   The same symptoms that you have
Doctor :   PID needs early treatment
Doctor :   which is complete
Doctor :   and if not your quality of life is hampered
Doctor :   at this young age
