I needed some advise on my Heel which is giving trouble

The problem is ...after sitting for quite some time... whenever i step down on my left heel... it pains like anything

i am not recollecting ... ut it seems while i was getting in to the act... i stepped over on something and the heel bruised... but i did nto get time during the event to look at it
