Doctor:The symptoms you describe are suggestive of upper respiratory tract infection.
Doctor:General cause is virus. And viral infection resolve spontaneously.
Doctor:Bacterial infection usually produce high grade fever after 2-3 days of initial symptoms.
Doctor:So without a clinical examination it is difficult to predict the cause of infection.
Doctor:Presuming you do not have a bacterial infection, D-cold total should be able to take care of the problem in the next 2 days.
Doctor:Continue taking them twice or three times a day.
Doctor:Drink plenty of fluids.
Doctor:If at any point you feel fever is high, go to a nearest doctor for examination.
