User :   I have a sharp pain in my right ear, which is very painful when I swallow. This has started the past 3 days, and is better in the morning, but progresses worse during the evening.

Doctor :   is there any discharge coming out of ear?
User :   no
Doctor :   was there any history of injury to the ear?
User :   no
Doctor :   is it associated with jaw pain?
User :   i dont have jaw pain
Doctor :   is there fever, cold, cough, pressure sensation is ear associated?
User :   no, but when i push under the right side of my neck it sort of hurts

Doctor :   are there swelling associated in the neck or below and infront of the ear?
User :   no swelling
