User:I am 35 and do not have any health issue as of now. however my mother is a high diabetic and also have asthama.

User:i regularly check for sugar. What precaution do you suggest me to take from now

User:Due to high work pressure and i dont get time to work out though i have all the intension to do that
User:i am 63 kg with a height of 5.2"

User:I have a daughter of 8 years. my only exercise is playing with her. i play badminton, i do cycling and also learning XXXXXXX natyam from last 1 1/2 years.

User:i used to do a lot of walking. but stopped it for last 6 months.

User:my physical activities are not regular. they may be twice or thrice a week

User:i have a 7 year old daughter who keeps complaining about stomach ache frequently
User:i give her Syrup Ondem and she feels better

User:i also boil ajwain, mustard, coriandar seed in one glass water and give her. she feels much better after that

User:she is a health child. her weight is about 26 kg

User:no fix time for the pain. some times before mean or sometime while eating or even after that
User:no other issue. some she feels like vomiting. but mostly doesnt
Doctor:most likely, she may be having issues due to acidity, or indigestion
Doctor:You can give her some Gelusil Tablets to chew
Doctor:1 tab after meals
User:Her weight has been stable or has increased a bit but not decreased
Doctor:she should increased her water intake
User:i assume that more often it is gastreo
Doctor:give her 1 glass of water, to drink, before meals
Doctor:and then ask her to have her meals
Doctor:reduce the spice content of the food
User:sure i will ask her to have water and also give her the tablet.

User:she eats all that we eat. We do not intake a lot of spice in food and use very minimal oil

Doctor:avoid chips, specially potatoes
User:she loves all variety of fruits and doesnt eat too much of junk

User:that for all you all your suggestions. i will follow them and observe her state for few days.
Doctor:if it does not help, she may need a Precription medication, to reduce her acid secretion
