Doctor :   recently
User :   yes, i have sex and masturbate
Doctor :   Was it particularly rough the previous time?
User :   no not at all
User :   i think i may have a UTI but im not sure

Doctor :   Hi
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   Did you have a history of Kidney or Ureteric stones?
User :   no
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   Did this pain come anytime before?
User :   the pain goes away and then it comes back
User :   i think i had it once when i was 14
Doctor :   Ok
User :   but it was chylmydia (i think that's how it's spelled) but i was such a long time ago, i dont remember if it was the pain on the mouth of the vagina or the inside
Doctor :   I suggest that you get an Ultrasound done
User :   why?
Doctor :   It might be A Ureteric Calculus
Doctor :   A stone in the kidney
User :   which is?
User :   does that happen when one doesnt drink h2o?
Doctor :   A stone in the ureter can also present like this
Doctor :   Yes, dehydration van also present like this
User :   because i know it's bad but i havent drank water in years
Doctor :   First I want you drink plenty of fluids and the cranberry juice and citrus fruit juices for a week
Doctor :   If this recurs, then you can get a Scan done
Doctor :   Meanwhile for the pain you can use Tab. Mefenamic acid 1 tab twice a day after food
Doctor :   Are you with me
User :   Can I buy that without a prescription?
Doctor :   It is a simple pain killer and if that is not given without a prescription in the place where you stay,
Doctor :   then you can take any common pain killer like
Doctor :   Tylenol
User :   Also another thing is when I use the restroom, during bowel movements, I bleed. My mother bleeds when she goes to the restroom but she drinks water a lot, what causes that? I just recently started to bleed and it my anus hurts afterwards bout an hour...what should I do?
User :   does this have to do with the fact that my mother has that too?
Doctor :   The reason could be constipation and
Doctor :   it has nothing hereditary
Doctor :   You should try to take more fiber in your det like fresh fruits and vegetables, sprouts
User :   i do
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   In addition the fluid intake should be increased
User :   i eat a fruit cup two times a day or sometimes 3
User :   yeah, how bad is it that i don't drink water AT ALL
User :   what can be some complications due to that?
Doctor :   It is pretty bad as you will need water both to cunteract constipation and also to have a good urine output.
User :   could the pain in my vagina be an STI?
Doctor :   Do you have any foulsmelling discharge
Doctor :   or itching or ulcers there?
User :   Not at all, i had a yeast infection, but it cleared up a month ago
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   Then it is unlikely for it to be an STD
User :   also, i have a really unregular period, for example, i can go up to 3 months without a period.
User :   can that be a sign of infetertily
User :   ?
Doctor :   No.
Doctor :   Infertility is generally not caused in this condition
User :   so what can be a reason that i've never had a regular period?
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   How often do you get your periods?
User :   i've tried all sorts of birth control, the ring, the pill
User :   6 times a year on average
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   I suggest that you get the Ultrasound Pelvis also done to evaluate the status of your ovaries
User :   i did that this year and they said everything was fine?
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   I suggest that you get a check up again and the Pills whatever are given to you should be used at least for 6 months
User :   ok
Doctor :   Once you regularly use a given Hormonal pill it will show effect
User :   so thank you so much for all this information
Doctor :   Meanwhile I suggest that you get the Ultrasound abdomen and Pelvis to check the status of your ovaries again and
Doctor :   also for the stones
Doctor :   Continue with the fluids and meanwhile try to undergo some weight reduction if you are overweight
User :   being 5 feet tall, what would be considered overweight?
Doctor :   What is your present weight?
User :   I don't know, last time I checked I was 161
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   161 pounds?
User :   yeah
Doctor :   Then you are obese and should consider weight reduction.
Doctor :   Your ideal weight should be less than 120 pounds
User :   really?
Doctor :   I suggest that you gbo on a low calorie diet
Doctor :   You should avoid junk and fast foods completely.
Doctor :   Reduce the overall quantity of your diet to half the amount
User :   the thing is i don't know if being that skinny would do my back any good, i have a really big cup size
Doctor :   It has nothing to do with your appearance.
Doctor :   The overweight results in worsening your periods
Doctor :   I also suggest that you get a Thyroid Profile done to evaluate your Thyroid status
Doctor :   But meanwhile try for weight reduction. Regular exercise also helps
User :   but I have always had irregulars periods
Doctor :   Go for cardio workouts like treadmill, walking and jogging
Doctor :   When did you put on weight? Was it recent or were you overweight before?
User :   in high school i was 130
User :   i gained the weight in 2 years
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   Then it is better if you get your Thyroid Profile checked.
Doctor :   Meanwhile try for weight reduction.
User :   ok, question, does it have to do with anything that my breast size increased
Doctor :   No, the breast size must be a consequence of overall weight gain.
Doctor :   Once you loose weight, your breast size will automatically come down.
Doctor :   I suggest that you follow these, get the Thyroid profile done and try the exercise and the fluids for a month.
Doctor :   If there is no improvement in your periods after some weight reduction or if the Thyroid reports have a problem, then you need to consult a Gynecologist or an Endocrinologist.
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   Is there any thing else that I could help you with?
User :   Endocrinologist. what is that?
Doctor :   The doctor who deals with hormonal problems but in your case a Gynec will be sufficient I guess
User :   so for being 5'0 or 5'1 no more than 5'2 i can't weight more than 120
Doctor :   Yes
Doctor :   You can calculate your own Body Mass Index with this link. That gives the weight that you should be for a given height.
Doctor :   You should have a BMI between 18-22
User :   wow, i never thought i was OBESE! i always thought i was a little over weight but not obese
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   I suggest you calculate your BMI once again and see for yourself
Doctor :   Also remember that a BMI of 27 or more for a female is considered Obese
Doctor :   22-27 is Overweight and
Doctor :   18-22 is normal
Doctor :   This is for an Adult Female
User :   so ok, my friend is 5'3 and she weights 87 or 90 pounds, she has had all these exams on her, is that healthy?
User :   to be that height, and that skinny?
Doctor :   Give me a sec.
Doctor :   Yes she is underweight
Doctor :   Her weight should be at least 100 pounds
User :   but she eats so much
User :   well not really
User :   she tries to gain weight by drinking ensure and nothing
User :   she can't seem to gain weight
Doctor :   There are some people who have a high Basal Metabolic rate and even if they eat a lot, their body does not absorb all the nutrients
Doctor :   Such people need to eat small high calorie foods at frequent intervals
Doctor :   in your case, I suspect a hormonal imbalance leading to the overweight.
User :   she's been doing that for 3 months
Doctor :   That is why I suggest that you get an evaluation done for the Thyroid profile
Doctor :   She also needs to take more Proteins and Milk based foods in her diet.
User :   so i just ask my doctor to run a thyroid test on me?
Doctor :   Yes. Also you can go for a general health check
Doctor :   up
Doctor :   Or a check up by a Gynecologist
Doctor :   ANy of these would be fine
Doctor :   Anything else
User :   ok great, i guess i'll do that on monday
User :   thank you so much
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   You are welcome
Doctor :   Please get back yo us with the results
Doctor :   Please fill the feedback form say done when done
