User :   I am 34 years of age
Doctor :   ok,
User :   i am having a bit of wheezing these days
User :   have a bit if terrible cough and cold as well
User :   this condition is there from the past 3 days
Doctor :   Did you ever have similar complaints in past ?
User :   yes, i am asthmatic
User :   my dad is also a chronic asthmatic
User :   i am taking asthalin inhaler
Doctor :   ok, since when are you diagnosed asthmatic ?
User :   maybe around 10 to 15 years back
User :   the problem more than asthma, i am having terrible yellow sputum
Doctor :   ok, yellow sputum is a sign of allergy
Doctor :   its nothing other than asthma
User :   ok
User :   so what do u suggest?
Doctor :   the yellow sputum is due to excess eosinophils( allergy cells ) in the sputum
User :   ok
Doctor :   have you got your AEC ( absolute eosinophil count ) done ?
User :   no
Doctor :   i would suggest you to get that
User :   ok
Doctor :   as it determines any increase in the allergic activity
User :   any medicines you would recommend?
Doctor :   so that you can be put on specific antiallergic medications like ( leukotrine antagonists or mast cell stabilizers )which will help and prevent worsening of the asthma
Doctor :   for now i would ask you to take simple antiallergics like BENDRYL
Doctor :   a tab once every night after food for 5 to 7 days
Doctor :   meanwhile get the test done
User :   ok
Doctor :   Also go for steam inhalation with eucalyptus
User :   ok
Doctor :   And do avoid allergens like dust , polled and anything noticed to be allergic
