User:ok, I have a mild liver swell
User:was adviced less junk food
User:so I take precautions accordingly
User:but I have having constant vomitting problem since morning

User:My report says - liver is mildly enlarged in size ms 15.3 cm and shoes normal echopatter. No focal intra-hepatic lesion detected. Intra hepatic bilary radicals are not dilated.Portal vein is normal in calibre
User:no i just took gelusil today morning
User:i vomitted some 5 times, post lunch today

User:correct, i assumed the same but i dont kow y i feel weak
Doctor:You can take one Tab Zinetac 150 before meal , three times a day for three day
Doctor:You should try to eat slow and chew slow, dedicate time for meal, do not rush through. Minimum time to spend on each meal is 30 min
Doctor:Try to have enough water 1 hour after meal

Doctor:If you still vomit then you should see a local doctor for examination
Doctor:You can start with Syrup RECONIA after three days, 10 ml twice daily. This helps weakness
