User :   recently i,m going through some tough stress phase and i have noticed that when im in stress my heart beat increases and im noticing that the veins on my arms are getting prominenet

User :   previously these veins were not prominenet and i could hardly see them but after all this stress phase my veins on arms are becoming prominenet

User :   is this something to do with heart beat or anything
