User :   the kidney meas. 11.7x6.2cms. the left kidney 11.6x5.6cms

User :   note the associated intense shadowing echo meas. 1.2x0.43cm seen within the right utero-pelvic junction

User :   both kidneys show normal cortical thickness and echogenicity
User :   no focal parenchymal lesion seen

User :   Normocytic normochromic RBC. Occassional normocytic hypochromic cells. Occassional acanthocytes and schizocytes.
WBC adequate with almost equal predominance of segmenters and lymphocytes. Most of the segmenters with toxic granules. Atypical lymphocytes seen. No evidence of prematurity.
Platelets adequate occassional large forms and clumps seen.

User :   no it was not removed when i went already for a second opinion
User :   and the last tvs says that a small nodule is seen]

Doctor :   the stone might have formed after march 2009 or it might be so small at that time the ultrasound has failed to detect
