User :   Hi doctor.
Doctor :   Hi
Doctor :   How can I help You?
User :   Did i talk to you before? It was regarding my stomach ache?
Doctor :   No I think You were chatting with a different doctor
User :   Okay, well before i had a stomach ache due to not eating at the right time.
Doctor :   Ok
User :   And i have had this ache for more then 6 days now, but i am not constipated or no blood in my stool or anything like that, its an ache in the lower intestine and all the doctors i have talked to have told me that it is from hunger pains which i agree.
User :   because i have had a pretty bad eating cycle due to work and school, but anyway, the doctor i talked today morning told me to avoid turkey and to eat something very soft for my digestive system, but i got subway for dinner, basically its a sandwich with wheat bread, avocado, lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, and deli turkey, is that okay to eat?
Doctor :   Ok
User :   it has no sauce on it, like pepper, salt, mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup.
Doctor :   On a regular basis I would advice You to avoid such food
User :   I rarely eat subway, but i am starving so is it okay to eat for my stomach ache?
Doctor :   You can possibly take out the turky slices too
User :   why is that?
User :   they are very thin slices...
Doctor :   Do You have pain now as well?
User :   nope, i am having more of an ache due to not eating for 6 hours.
Doctor :   Have You got any investigations to rule out an ulcer?
User :   Yes all the doctors told me i am recovering
User :   through a very fast rate.
User :   all the doctors told me i will be just fine, that i have nothing serious.
Doctor :   What investigations U had done?
User :   i have had no symptoms found to trace an ulcer.
User :   and when i eat, my ache goes away completely.
User :   i have no blood in my stool either, and i am not constipated.
User :   all the doctors i have talked to on here (6) have told me that what i have is common for food hunger, and nothing serious.
Doctor :   Pain which increases on hunger suggests to a duodenal ulcer>
User :   no
Doctor :   Have You doone a stool examination for occult blood?
User :   yes i have, and i have had no pain if i am not hungry, for example, today i have had no pains because i have been eating regularely.
Doctor :   Ok do You suffer from nausea?
User :   Nope.
Doctor :   Have You ever vomited blood?
User :   Nope.
Doctor :   DiO You have heart burn. Are You constantly belching?
User :   nope.
User :   haven't had any of those symptoms for the past 6 days.
User :   just hunger aches that disappear after i eat.
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   I think You should try and take your meals on time
User :   Yeah, so i don't think i have an ulcer, i just have very irregular eating habits from work and school, for example, at work i would work 4-8 hours and school i would go from 4-5 hours, and i wouldn't eat at those times, even i am hungry. Plus i have been drinking a lot of energy drinks on empty stomachs, a lot of coffee, etc.
Doctor :   Ok I think ayou should change Your eatting habits
User :   also, the doctor told me that i should not think about it, for example, when i was out with my friends today, my stomach didn't hurt at all, but IF i start thinking about my stomach hurting, it will start.
Doctor :   Avoid taking excess ive tea and coffee
Doctor :   avoid excessive stress
User :   Yes, i have been under a lot of stress lately, and yeah, so to you, it doesn't seem i have an ulcer too right, just irregular eating?
User :   And they said the lower intestine is probably damaged right now and trying to repair itself.
Doctor :   Yes You may try to improve Your stress levels and eating habits and recheck whether your symptoms subside
User :   So it's not an ulcer right?
Doctor :   Right now the possibilities are low since You do not manifest the symptoms .I would suggst that You consult a doctor for physical examination and try to get a urea breath test done
Doctor :   Do You have a family history of ulcers?
User :   none.
Doctor :   If the symptoms persist You may contact a doctor and start medications on his advice
User :   honestly, like today, i ate all day and my stomach felt fantastic....i think its hunger pains, all the doctors that told me on here, that the symptoms i have told them, and the relief i am getting each day, is that i am recovering
Doctor :   How long have You been having these symptoms?
User :   for example, the first day i had my stomach ache, it ached all pain relief, but now it just comes if i dont eat.
Doctor :   Maybe You drink a lot of tea and coffee?energy drinks too are high on caffeine
User :   6 days now, the doctors on here told me it will last probably for another couple days, but if i continue to eat right, and often, i will be just fine.
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   So try to eat healthy
User :   i am, lettuce, tomato, wheat bread, avocado, cucumbers, and turkey slices that are very thin.
Doctor :   Hmm
User :   like right now, i am eating, and my stomach ache is disappearing.
Doctor :   Do You have any other questions?
User :   nope, so i should be fine in a couple days correct?
User :   also, no fever, no pain while using the restroom.
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   is there anything else I can help You with?
User :   no, so i should be fine in a couple days right, doctor?
Doctor :   try to eat healthy
User :   but it sounds like nothing serious right/
Doctor :   Is there anything else I can help You with?
User :   no doctor that will be all.
Doctor :   Hope You give a good fedback
Doctor :   Bye for now
User :   okay thanks.
