User :   did not come from the upper hip though
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   can u describe the sensation ?
Doctor :   Is it burning , tingling or numbness ?
User :   at first i started thinking the worst, maybe a blood clot, it doesn't burn, definitely tingling almost like a shock like feeling which i think is a vain, or maybe a nerve, don't know
User :   in the back of the thigh
User :   deep in the back of my thigh
Doctor :   do u have any back pain ?
User :   I've had back issues for years, lower back issues,
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   in that case the sensation could be a sign of nerve compression in the hip
Doctor :   this is also called sciatica,
User :   k, what can i do
Doctor :   but this usually lasts till the end of the leg
Doctor :   you can ask for a prescription of gabapentin or duloxetine for a few days from your doctor
User :   I feel it begin to tingle in the thigh then the energy stretches itself
User :   what does the medicine do?
User :   is there anything i can take otc if I can't get a prescription?
Doctor :   this is a medicine that reduces the sensation and dicomfort due to the possible nerve inflammtion or damage
User :   ok, should I go to the er because I been scared
User :   can this turn into a blood clot in my vain
Doctor :   no
Doctor :   this is not related to blood clots
Doctor :   you need not rush to the ER,

User :   ok, Thank God, the two days I recently was off, I did spend a large amount sitting in front of the computer all that sitting, did it have an effect the sitting?
Doctor :   and then you can consult your doctor for the medications
User :   Ok, Thank You so very much.
Doctor :   yes , sitting long time on the chair can cause muscle strain,
Doctor :   you are most welcome
