User :   I just had sex and during the session I use a condom but after about 10 minutes I noticed a slight stinging in the head of my penis and extra wetness. I pulled out and noticed that the condom had broken. I placed another one to finish up and afterwards I washed it off throughly. Maybe I'm a hypochondriac but after I was done I ask the female twice if she wasn't carrying anything and she no. The stinging sensation only lasted about a minute and I feel fine but what could have caused it and what would you recommend?
Doctor :   Hi,
Doctor :   Dr xxx here
User :   Hello
Doctor :   Please give me a minute to read your post
Doctor :   ok, the tingling sensation is due to the salt content in the vaginal secretions
User :   Oh so I shouldn't have to much to worry about?
Doctor :   during every sexual intercourse there will be minute abrasions over the penile head , the saltiness in secretions have irritated the abarasions
Doctor :   no need of worrying
Doctor :   washing the penis will suffice
User :   It just happened maybe 30 minutes ago but I was a little nervous that I caught something
Doctor :   as i said its normal
User :   Thank you very much!
Doctor :   Thanks for consulting me
Doctor :   kindly provide your feedback
User :   I will, but is there a survey
Doctor :   its ongoing survey
Doctor :   to improve ourselves
User :   no problem thanks again!
Doctor :   Bye for now
Doctor :   take care
