User :   but not all the time
Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   Can you feel any tissue like or skin flaps like tissues hanging from anal canal ?
User :   hmm not really ..
Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   Usually pain and frank blood indicate 3 main possibilities : Doctor :   1.anal fissure
Doctor :   2.anal fistula
Doctor :   3, heamarrhoids or piles
Doctor :   apart from this there can be some other fractors but regarded as the most imp. ones.
Doctor :   I would like you to get a proctoscopy done
Doctor :   which is very simple and will rule out any othefr abnormality.
User :   what is proctoscopy?
Doctor :   It is just like endoscopy, a camera with attached pipe to see the whole of rectum, anal canal, sigmoid colon,,
Doctor :   Hope you have followed.
User :   yep ..
User :   so these sympton I can exclude STD
Doctor :   Have you particvipated any time in anal intercourse ?
User :   no
Doctor :   Do you have any warts around the anus ?
User :   to be honest, it is not easy to look at my anus doctor ..
User :   I didnt check that maybe I need to use mirror and check
User :   I think warts is something white on the skin hmm
Doctor :   Ok, Dnt worry, please go to a proper surgeon.
Doctor :   you may not have any warts, this is not any STD , but a problem , that would be solved by a general examination and if required a proper treatment for that.
Doctor :   IF YOU have pain, I would suggest 2a% xylocaine gel
User :   no I dont have any pain at all
Doctor :   should be applied.
User :   but doctor my question was can this be an STD ?
Doctor :   I have stated that it cannot be , doesnt look like a STD.
User :   okz nice :) .. I guess the only thing after I do proctoscopy that I will make sure I dont have is colon cancer as this is the worest senario I can have ..
Doctor :   STD would be showing as sores, blisters, warts, etc, which you do not have
User :   yep and I guess as I never had anal sex this wont be ..
Doctor :   yes that is right, but 90% of them are of what i have enlisted
Doctor :   so please dont panic, and stay calm.
User :   ic ..
User :   ok last question
User :   which specilist I should see?
Doctor :   Yes please
Doctor :   A Gen.Surgeon, especially trained in laparoscopy
User :   ic so not Gastroentrology
Doctor :   Not gastro, usually all anal cases are dealt by general surgeons.
Doctor :   Do you have anything else to ask ?
User :   nop .. ok I will try to find a general surgeon somewhere thanks doctor ..
Doctor :   Thank you for consulting me
Doctor :   Take care
Doctor :   bye for now.
User :   bye
