User :   Hello Doc, I am having kind of sore throat from the last three days. Every time I need to clear my throat. I can say it is getting dry.

User :   And also today, there was a small bump kind of thing on right side inside the mouth in the inner cheeck region.
User :   I tried to clear it out and it got wiped out and there was little bit of blood.
User :   And now I see it has a tiny white patch in that region

User :   I have his problem of having to clear my throat every time from the last two years

User :   it is very tiny and can feel it but no pain now or irritation

User :   hmmm when ever I am inside the AC and some time when I get up from sleep. I don't know if it soar or dry. its some kind of little irritation
