User :   i have had a sore throat for a week now
Doctor :   since when
User :   i saw a doctor about four days ago and got some medicine but my throat seems to have just been getting worse
Doctor :   do you have any fever, cold, cough
User :   now the side of my head even hurts and is ultra sensitive to touch
User :   no cough or fever
Doctor :   do you have pain while swallowing
User :   it hurts to drink water almost feels like it burns
