User :   ya, that has given me little relief
User :   but i guess i need more
Doctor :   Are you having fever?
User :   little bit
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   If you want antibiotic, you can try azithromycin 500mg one tablet a day
Doctor :   for 3 days.
Doctor :   But I think you do not need it.
Doctor :   Disprin gargling is the best and the most effective now.
User :   when it becomes necessary to take antibiotic?
Doctor :   If the fever is high, then take it.
User :   last time also i had taken azithromycin only
Doctor :   If the throat pain is worse by tomorrow morning, then you can take it.
User :   how is one tablet call Dolly CC (which contains, nimesulide and paracetamol)
User :   ?
Doctor :   Azithromycin is effective, if it did not help you last time, then alternative choice are cefpodoxime 50mg.
Doctor :   That medication will have effect on general body pain and fever,
Doctor :   not much action on the throat.
User :   any substitute for Dolly CC?
User :   as nimesulide reduces the sore throat (nizer D also contains the same)
Doctor :   To my knowledge, disprin is the best, you can try one more gargle now, probably put two tablets of disprin in the water and gargle.
User :   ok
User :   gargling with disprin is better or garling with betadine is better
User :   ?
Doctor :   Disprin is better.
Doctor :   Betadine just contains antiseptics in it.
Doctor :   It will take time to produce action.
User :   ooh great
Doctor :   Disprin will give immediate relief in an hour or two.
Doctor :   I'l be here at the office,
Doctor :   let me know if you need something else.
Doctor :   Shall I close now?
