User :   Since last sunday I have had a bad sore throat with a mild fever of about 99-105.4
User :   i went to a doctor last tuesday and got a strep test which came up negative
Doctor :   k
User :   also the 48 hour culture came up negative
Doctor :   since when is the sore throat?
Doctor :   and fever?
User :   it has now been week that i have had this sore throat and it is quite bad
User :   its been a week

Doctor :   you had any sore throat before?
User :   yea
User :   this sore throat is particulary bad though
Doctor :   do you have any skin problems or joint problems?
Doctor :   is there any test u done with?
User :   unless i take some extra strength tylenol it is pretty hard to bare swallowing. also moving my tongue around provides pain
User :   i have acne
Doctor :   k have you taken any antibiotics for it before?
User :   for acne or for my sore throat?

User :   i have in the past but not with this particular sore throat
Doctor :   k use mouth garglings and zyretec
User :   salt water gargle?
Doctor :   if its not reduced then u have to start an antibiotic

User :   alright. how much time should i give it before going to a doctor to get antibiotics if it doesnt get better?
Doctor :   3 times a day
Doctor :   and particularly in night
Doctor :   2 days time..i will tell u few tests
