User :   hello,have had a sore throat with pain for the last three days
User :   fever has been 101 F and I am controlling it with paracetamol
Doctor :   Do you have headache , joint or muscle pains ?
User :   no
User :   bloody clot with phlegm

Doctor :   Since when is the cough ?
User :   accompanied with irritation in throat

User :   It is an occasional cough - when irritation in throat increases
Doctor :   Ok, I would advice you to gargle with CHLORHEXIDINE solution thrice daily after food this will give you relief from sore throat
Doctor :   But for the cough and complete cure from the sore throat i would ask you to consult your nearest doctor who will examine you and put you on appropriate antibiotics
