User :   i have a daughter of 22 months old. her weight is 9.5 kg and height is 29 ich. the problem is she is not sleeping well. Daily she will go to bed at around 12 o clock. In between she will get up for at least 2 - 3times. How can we change this habit.

User :   one more thing she is taking her food at 7 oclock in the evening

User :   no this has started since we shifted to dubai from last 3 months
User :   also i wwant to know the cycle for giving the food and what type of food in day we shall give to her
