User :   I have small round red spots on my penis, they come out look like they pop and then they go away they do not hurt or itch. they skin is smooth once they they heal. It looks like they going away but it also looks like there is is more of them coming out. can you help me?

User :   No there is no discharged at all nothing comes out they just go away.
Doctor :   are the spots arranged in any pattern or do they randomly appear on the shaft?
User :   They randomly appear mostly on top area.
Doctor :   are they visible all the time or are they enhanced when penis is in erect stage?
Doctor :   do you mean to say they are more on the head of penis?
User :   they are visible all the time. No they are on the shaft not the head.
Doctor :   are the spots at the same level as the surrounding skin? or are they raised? are scales present around them?
User :   same level as surrounding skin, they scale and then go away.
Doctor :   ok, as per the description given by you, the spots could be caused by either one of these reasons: Doctor :   angiokertomas, psoriasis, lichen planus, warts, herpes. all of these will need a careful examination
Doctor :   to see what exactly is the right cause, such that treatment can be started

Doctor :   I would recommend you to get them examined by a urologist/andrologist to confirm what is the cause for them.
