User :   A round circle, approx 10 cm across the middle
Doctor :   Are both the lesions 10 cm in diameter ?
User :   Yes they are identical
Doctor :   ok, since when are the lesions there ?
User :   One came up 3 days ago...the other I found on his arm this morning, hence my concern
