User :   when ever i play or do some hard work it shut up after some rest it will go

User :   no, i visited a general doctor who gave me some pain killer

User :   not to any of the joints, but had a slip disc problem for which all treatment was done

User :   movements in what sense
Doctor :   can you move your arm in all the direction freely, like near normal.
User :   yes, but while rotating i will feel the pain in both the shoulders

User :   slip disc occured to my lower back for which i had a treatment

User :   this was when i was 20, and play cricket

User :   how do i differentiate the pain whether it pain in muscle or bone
Doctor :   there are few possibilities that i think, Rotator cuff tear/ Bursitis

User :   and other difficulty i phase is i can't throw any thing
Doctor :   muscle pain is more fleshy and will subside with rest and bone pain is
Doctor :   more or less constant and will be dull aching throughout
Doctor :   it looks more like a rotator cuff tear
