User:Hi doctor. My name is XXXXXXX
User:I have a slight pain in my left side of the throat.
Doctor:Since how long
Doctor:do you have difficulty swallowing
User:No. I am able to swallow properly. But, when I swallow, I am able to spot out the pain exactly
User:This has been a recurrent problem from the past 1 year or so. I met ENT specialists 3 months back and took sputum culture test, throat swab. But all the reports are normal.
User:I don't have cough.
User:No cold as well
User:But, I am able to sense the post nasal drip in the back of my throat often
User:Today, I could see a tiny spot of fresh blood when I spit.
User:I am scared.
User:plz help me
Doctor:The fresh blood is because of break in the capillary
Doctor:and this is common after allergy
Doctor:Sinusitis is commonly presented with post nasal drip
Doctor:You should avoid all the allergen
User:oh ic. I am a smoker from the past 15 years smoking less than a pack a day.

User:everytime, I used to get pain only on the left side of my throat

User:I took CT scan a year back and the report said, the lymph glands are enlarged

User:I did dental examination a week back. Everything seems to be normal. only one tooth i need to do RCT. thatz it

User:Chest X-ray, I have taken a year back. Doctor told me that, I had some allergic bronchitis.
User:But I don't have chest pain or discomfort in the chest

User:But, why I have always getting pain on the one side of my throat?
