User :   Please help. Last night at 2 am I was fine straightening my hair before I go to sleep. Then one thought caused me to be less interested and I didn't sleep all night. I went through sleep meditation songs online and decided even if I didn't feel like sleeping, I should anyways. I slept in deep sweats. I feel like I have lost common sense and concentration and I can't laugh at things on tv. I can't even communicate to my cousin right. I feel like masterbating but I know I have to do something else to sleep right. Help

User :   i feel like my stomache gurgles when i do something wrong. my feet and head sweat. & i drool a huge amount. one thing i needed to do and i wouldn't feel anxious that a car passed by or feel weird walking.
