User :   i have a problem working on a computer for too much time

User :   i work for my projects continuously for 4 to 5 hours in the night]

Doctor :   Yes that is natural since body is tuned to sleep in the night and so if that is not provided it shall not feel comfortable next morning

User :   earlier i used to spend nights working but not before a computer and still managed to get up comfortably in the morning
Doctor :   some extent but then it may not reduce the sleep that you are having as min of 6 hurs of sleep during the night is essential for the body to be active the nextdaymroning

User :   six hours of sleep is a must or can i make it 5 because my work demands it
