Doctor :
How can I help you?

User :   we have a terrible situation and I dont know what to do
Doctor :   What is the problem?

Doctor :
Proceed with it
User :   my wife can not sleep in the night and its been like 15 days now
Doctor :   Ok

Doctor :
What is the reason?
User :   if iknow the reason, i wont be asking u doc
Doctor :   Ok

Doctor :
You dint get it
User :   she said
Doctor :
Like is it due to dreams
User :   she can not sleep on bed
Doctor :
or tension
User :   tries to
User :   then get up
User :   move in the house
Doctor :
I cannot predict those things sitting here
User :   openthe lights
Doctor :
I dint ask you the medical reason
Doctor :
Hope you understand
User :   Hey I am not asking you to predict things from there either, but you asked for a reason and i think I do not know the reason, i can tell you the symptoms, ans there is a big difference between the two
Doctor :
Yes
Doctor :
Please proceed with the symptoms
User :   ok
User :   so as i was saying, she came to bed, sleep for 1 minute then get up
User :   and started to walk
Doctor :   Ok

User :   turn on lights
User :   and open the windows
User :   say that she feels suffocating
Doctor :
She does it knowingly right?
User :   lot of anxiety
Doctor :   Ok

User :   she has issues in breathing
User :   she said she
User :   has issues in breathing
User :   while she does not appear like asthma patients
User :   like making effort to breath
Doctor :   How is she in the day time?

User :   day time is ok
User :   does the normal work
User :   takes one or 2 hr sleep
Doctor :   Does she feel difficutly in doing normal work?
User :   she is pregnant and in the 7.5 month
Doctor :   Ok

User :   it started exactly at strt of 7th month
Doctor :   Ok

User :   and i took her to her doc
Doctor :
Then now I can Predict
Doctor :
Haha
Doctor :
I will tell you
User :   ok
Doctor :
This is due to a difficulty in respiration
Doctor :
due to the abdominal heaviness
Doctor :   the lung movements

Doctor :
and hence normal respiration is difficult
User :   ok
Doctor :   So I would advise you to get her BP checked

Doctor :
and also an ECG
User :   what u said makes all logical sense, and am shocked her gyene doctor who she is seeing since being pregnant did not tell this
Doctor :
I cannot comment on that
Doctor :
But the likely possiblity I mentioned
User :   yes i know, am just telling u the events
User :   she asked us to see a GP
Doctor :   Ok

User :   and then last week we seen
Doctor :
Now I advise you to get that ECG part done
Doctor :
Did the gynec tell about that?
User :   he lisetned to us and then he did some test like slide her finger in some apparatus and said that her oxygen level is 27 which is ok
Doctor :
Ok
User :   No doc, both of them
User :   did not
User :   one thing
User :   i like to tell u
Doctor :
But I sincerely recommend that
User :   ok doc i will do it. thanks for that
Doctor :   Because ECG can detect any acute changes
Doctor :
and do not make a delay as well
Doctor :
Do it immediately
User :   ok
User :   i will do it today.
Doctor :   If the cardiac part is ruled out

Doctor :
It is mainly due to overload
Doctor :
and can be considered normal
User :   but its so severe she is not able to sleep all night until she exhaust from this
User :   and finally in the morning like 7 am, take an hr sleep due to heaby tireness
Doctor :   Ok

Doctor :   I can understand
Doctor :
It is distressing
User :   one more i like to point out
Doctor :   Sure

User :   one month ago, she had thorat infection and doc gave her antibiotics and she had nasal congestion and later she said her lungs become heavy, started to cough a lot, later doc said its pharan gytes. and had flu too, and also gave some syrups to take the phlgum out of lungs, it took 15 days to get all tha phelgum out . now she is ok . i was thinking maybe that has an effect. Then there is second thing, she had her left year ruptired 1 year ago, when she was cleaning it, alomost 90%. so since then she has been putting cotton there while taking bath and most time, ans its now 80% cure. but she said maybe her ear is not letting her sleep, some connection there. what u think
Doctor :   Such a long one

Doctor :
Let me read it
Doctor :   Ok

Doctor :
I read that
Doctor :
Now with those things in mind
Doctor :
this symptom is unlikely to be related to that
User :   ok, i was more thinking she is physychologically realting all this to her condition and thats making situation worse
Doctor :   So not an issue

Doctor :   Ok

User :   ok i will do ecg
Doctor :
You are the right person to talk to her
User :   and if that rule out god willing, what to do, still 2 momths left
Doctor :
and provide her REASSURANCE AND CONFIDENCE
Doctor :   tell that illness during pregnancy is common

Doctor :
as there will be major fluctuations in hormonal levels
User :   she did not feel it diring frst child,
Doctor :
Ok
User :   our first child was 10 yrs ago
Doctor :
But things wont be the same all the time
Doctor :
Day by day, aging has a role
Doctor :
Not to think in negative terms
Doctor :
But it is a fact
User :   so u reckon, she has to go thru this until birth time?
Doctor :   Not like that

User :   are there any precatutions or things doc that will ease the suffering?
Doctor :
But she needs to be strengthened internally
Doctor :
by speaking to her
Doctor :   Universal
Doctor :
Eat good foods
Doctor :
which are home made
Doctor :
Let her read good books
Doctor :
Drinking water should be clean enough
Doctor :
And ofcourse rest and sleep
User :   thanks doctor
Doctor :
Sleep I know it is a bit of problem now
Doctor :
But is important
Doctor :   Is there any thing else I can help you with?
