User :   I have recently made diet and lifestlye changes to become healthier. Does this oftne cause people to sleep less? I feel great, but I tend to wake up at three or four every morning. I am tired in the evenings, but wake refreshed. I previously had fitful sleep, and bouts of insomnia.
