User :   for seven years ive been experiencing getting stuck in my sleep. i feel my heart pounding to the point it feel like its going to explode. this morning i felt my heart stop beating. ive been to a sleep specialist but did not experience getting stuck through the study. they were unable to help me. what do you think may be wrong??
