User :   Actually, I am going for Swimming from the past 25 days and I clearly observing tan on my skin.

User :   On one of my friends' suggestion, I started using a Sun Screen lotion (SUNBAN) SPF-15 before going for Swim....but I still don't see any improvement
User :   Can you please suggest me what should I do to avoid tanning?

User :   and also, is this tanning permanent? can't i get my original complexion back if I stop swimming?
User :   It's been a week now

Doctor :   its very common in people who swim
Doctor :   tanning of skin is temporary it is not permanent

Doctor :   swimming causes a change in skin color , this is generally due to the chlorine in the water
Doctor :   sunscrren protects from tan and removes the tan too
Doctor :   i would suggest you continue swimming

Doctor :   if you feel you are not happy with it , you can surely switch to gym

User :   Actually, I had a skin problem in the past and consulted a dermatologist a few years back and that time he prescribed this lotion

Doctor :   i do not feel you may need a higher SPF
User :   In the medical shop near by my home, they have SPF-15 and SPF-40 creams

Doctor :   the spf come in 15 , 30 , 50 70 range

User :   I don't have pimples, but I do have acne problems

User :   is it before giong to swim? or after? or both?

Doctor :   you must apply the sunscreen one and half hours before going to swim
Doctor :   take around a tea spoon full of the cream and apply it evenly on all areas of face , neck , back , where you see the tan
Doctor :   make sure you apply on the ears as well
Doctor :   then after you get back from swimming , you could re apply once after 3 hrs
User :   actually, after coming from swim it will be ~9:00 AM and I will be in the office after 3 hours..
Doctor :   it is fine
Doctor :   you could apply evenly I do not think it will be visible
Doctor :   carry it along with you, if that is not possible , you may restrict to using it before swimming alone

User :   no oil..nothing...just plain roti
User :   the subji varies day to day...normal curries and dal

User :   from the past 1 month
Doctor :   do you consume any salads? what about milk and milk products like curd , buuer milk , have you cut them down completely
User :   I don't take any of the above
User :   i don't take tea as well
Doctor :   you must include milk products like low in fat
User :   However, I do take Green tea
Doctor :   skimmed milk /curd/butter milk
User :   ok...
Doctor :   they contribute to good calcium levels and are essential
User :   I'll take 1 glass of butter milk a day then
Doctor :   no need to totally avoid them
Doctor :   ok , that is good
User :   also, 2 boiled egg white per day
Doctor :   include lot of green leafy vegetables in your diet
Doctor :   ok , you can take boiled egg

User :   what should i have in my dinner?
Doctor :   you can have what you have now for dinner , continue the same
User :   Can you please suggest the food that I should have in breakfast, lunch, and dinner?
