User :   my hands starting peeling since last week
User :   slowly its satrting from fingers and it will spread to full Palm
User :   this happens every year i guess mostly in summer

Doctor :   It sounds like it may be exfoliative kertolysis
Doctor :   It is very common skin condition
Doctor :   There is no medical treatment as such for this
Doctor :   Apply ing hand creams rich in Urea, lactic acid is helpful
Doctor :   The peeling increases when exposed to irritants like water, soap, detergnets and solvents
Doctor :   So applying moituriser rich in these would help you
Doctor :   I would also suggest you to see a dermatologist if any fungal infection comes
